Commision process
To commission me, please send me a Discord note with a reference or a very detailed description of what you want. Pictures of what you want are the best references.

Commission prices
Commission prices start at 75 euro and may vary depending on the complexity of the character, the amount of changes required to the model, the amount of accessories that you want on the model, and if I am required to purchase any third-party licenses or materials.
How to describe what you need?
To ensure that I meet your expectations, please provide me with detailed descriptions and picture references of your character. If you are commissioning an original character from me and only have drawings, please try to give me reference material with a side, front, and back view of the character.
If you need certain maps, please inform me about this in your commission request.
I will supply Metallic, Emission maps and normal automatically with your your commision file.
but if you need other texture maps, please inform me.
Payment
Payment is required upfront, and I will start working on your commission once I have received it, unless specified otherwise. Payment plans can be discussed. Payment will be made via PayPal.
For people who have residence in the Netherlands, bank transfer is possible.
what is out of scope?:
I will not be open for any changes that require heavy Blender intervention. This includes, but not limited to:
- Making changes to the mesh
- Making changes to the bones
- Adding clothes by modelling them on
- Making a avatar quest compatible
Anything you wont texture?
Yes, I will not texture the following:
- Anything refrencing or related to hate groups (this includes but is not limited to: Nazi, KKK, Alt right, Qanon or any other Hate group)
- Anti LGBT+ material / propaganda
- Religious themed avatars
- Slander avatars
- Illegal themes or anything that is illegal in the United states or the European union.
If your commission includes any of the above, I reserve the right to decline your commission.
It can happen that I feel uncomfortable about a theme or Texture idea, if this happens I will let you know that.
Communication and updates
I understand that you may be excited about your commission and would like to know the status of the project. I will do my best to provide regular updates on the progress of your commission. However, please be aware that creating high-quality textures takes time and may require several hours of work. As such, I ask that you refrain from repeatedly asking for updates or rushing me to complete the commission.
If you would like to inquire about the status of your commission, please do so in a polite and respectful manner. I will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible. If you have any concerns or issues during the commision, please bring them to my attention and we can work together to find a solution.
Please note that excessive and disrespectful demands for updates will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the commission.
What will you receive after the commission(s)?
After commission completion, you will receive the textures and the .unity file, which contains the model preset and the changes you requested. If assistance is required, I can help you via Discord screenshare or TeamViewer.

- Shaders
- accessories and relevant textures
- Support and instructions*
*If requested, I can provide resources and tutorials on how to upload your avatar, I’m not responsible if any upload methods changes or if the VRCHAT terms of service changes at any time!
Additional Terms:
- When commissioning me for a texture of a original character, make sure that you are the owner of said character.
- I only work with the party that I am invoicing.
- You have to be 18+ or above to commission me, I will not work with minors.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Problems and/or Disputes
If you have any problems with your commission, please contact me directly and we will work to find a solution together.
Please note that any public display of dissatisfaction, such as leaving negative reviews or comments without first attempting to resolve the issue with me, will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of our business relationship.
This also includes
- Making drama in public groups (this includes but is not limited to: Discord, Telegram, any social grouping platform) without notifying the artist (Me) that there are any issues.
- Making social media callouts without notifying the artist (me) that there are any issues with the service or work.
- Being disrespectful, rude or unprofessional towards me.
Refunds
No refunds will be given after purchase. I will fix problems after the job, but I will not go back in to change little things over and over again. Please provide me with the correct references so I won’t have to.
After final approval for the texture has been given, no (major) changes will be done after that.
In the case of a refund request due to my inability to complete the commission, I will issue a full refund.
However, refunds will not be provided in cases where the customer has failed to provide adequate reference materials or has not communicated effectively with me during the commission process. In such cases, I reserve the right to terminate the commission and retain any payments made up to that point.
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined on this website, including the policies regarding refunds, disputes, and communication.
